Walmart Giving Community Grant
Friends of Shannon Staub Public Library, Inc. received a Walmart Giving Community Grant, approved by Amy Roche, manager of the North Port Walmart Neighborhood Market. The grant was used to purchase a banner inviting shoppers to the FOSSPL used bookstore. FriendShop assistant manager Cathy Girouard and manager Alan Savela unveiled the banner. The grant also provided FriendShop totes which are available in the bookstore now, selling for $3 or two for $5.
