Sharon Bershow
A little about myself….
I was born in Port Charlotte FL and raised in Venice FL. I graduated from Venice High School in 1999 and immediately joined the Financial Industry. I moved to North Port FL with my parents in 1992 and have been a member of the North Port community ever since. I have been in the banking industry for 21 years, I have been through 3 bank mergers and have worked in every front-line position. I am currently the Branch Development Manager at Achieva Credit Union and I have been here for 15 years with last merger tenor included. I have completed my Certified Financial Counselor training in 2021 and have been teaching Financial Literacy to groups and students ever since. I love being a manager and personal banking because it allows me to mentor and educate my team and my members financially. I am also very involved with the chamber and the North Port community.
I have lived with my life partner for 19 years and we have 2 teenage boys who love to stay active. When we are not working around the house we enjoy the beach, boating, and nature. We have 4 dogs and a baby bearded dragon, so if anyone is looking for a pet please let me know. Just kidding!
