Bill Gobin

Originally from Superior, Wisconsin, Bill served 3 years in the United States Marine Corps after high school.

He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fisheries Biology and worked for the State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources as a Fisheries Technician for 32 years.

He managed a State Trout Hatchery for 26 of those years raising trout and salmon for stocking in public waters. As part of his job, Bill was involved in public education with students from pre-school through high school, sporting clubs, Universities, and various other organizations.

Bill served as a board member and officer of two non-profit organizations in Wisconsin.

Bill and his wife moved to North Port, Fl in 2019. He joined the board of the Friends of Shannon Staub Public Library in 2022 and was elected Co-President in April 2022.
