Description
Included in the non-refundable $65 fee: an eight-foot table and two chairs in an approximately 10’ x 10’ area. Display racks welcome. Wall attachments are prohibited. Please provide your own table coverings. Setup up begins at 8:00 a.m.
Please print event details for your records, as no reminder email will be sent. Spots for this public, indoor event are limited and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Before submitting payment, please read all terms and conditions and be sure you have the date available. Your payment reserves your spot and serves as your confirmation. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a space. Each vendor is solely responsible for his/her wares and business as well as for licensing, insurances, and sales tax reporting.
For marketing purposes, participants can anticipate photo and video coverage in local media, on FOSSPL’s Facebook page, and on its website. If this event is canceled by a third party, or because of severe weather, confirmed vendors will receive an event credit to use for a future event.
Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants and participants, by execution of this entry form hereby release and discharge any cause of action against Friends of Shannon Staub Public Library, Inc., and any other entity connected with the management and/or presentation of the event for any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, and/or claims whatsoever, that may be suffered by an entrant and/or participant or his/her property with respect to participation in the event. By paying to participate, you agree to the terms here within.
